Your Path to Wellness
How does emotional healing work?
These three methods build on each other. Most clients start with the Emotion Code, and many move into the Body Code and Belief Code as they go deeper. Here's what each one addresses.

The Emotion Code
When you experience a strong emotion that isn't fully processed, it can become trapped in your body as stored energy. Trapped emotions don't just disappear, they can sit for years, sometimes decades, quietly influencing your mood, your relationships, and even physical pain in ways that are easy to miss the connection to.
Using a simple form of muscle testing, I identify which trapped emotions are present, when they were created, and release them. Many clients feel a noticeable shift, often within the same session.
The Body Code
The Body Code expands on the Emotion Code to look at the body as a whole system. It covers six major areas: energies, circuits and systems, toxins, pathogens, misalignments, and nutrition and lifestyle. Instead of guessing at what's behind a physical or energetic issue, the Body Code provides a structured way to find the specific imbalance and correct it.
This is often where clients bring recurring physical symptoms that haven't responded well to other approaches.
The Belief Code
The Belief Code goes a layer deeper, into the subconscious belief systems that shape how you see yourself and what you think is possible. Rather than addressing one trapped emotion at a time, it maps out entire belief systems, tracing a limiting belief back to its root and clearing the whole structure, not just the surface symptom.
This work is especially useful for patterns that keep repeating no matter how much you've tried to change them consciously, things like self-worth, money blocks, or relationship dynamics.
It all ties together.
In practice, a session rarely stays confined to just one method. I follow what your body and subconscious point to, which often means moving fluidly between all three within a single appointment.
